Your Responsibilities:
– Create content strategy consistent with the company’s goals and target audience
– Determine the type of content to create, platforms to employ, and frequency of publication
– Prior experience as a Content Marketing Associate or similar sales role
– Proven experience as a Content Marketing Associate or similar role (we’d like to know performance numbers)
– Excellent command of the English language (written)
– Exceptional customer service and sales skills
– Expertise in Canva, Semrush
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, conversational business writing
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
Our Interviewing and Onboarding Process:
– This form is designed to test your customer service skills, sales capabilities, and mastery of the English language
– If you pass this test, we’ll conduct a video interview and go over whatever questions you have

- Train batches resume writers using training documentation; perform quality control for all direct reports.
- Collaborate with quality control manager to improve training materials; document issues with training materials.
- Utilize positive reinforcements to nurture performance; advise direct reports on unprecedented queries.
- Mitigate quality issues gracefully, track progress, and assign additional “homework” to expedite proficiency.
- Balance between leniency and a firm attitude to nurture optimum performance and learning.
- Following up consistently with newbies to ensure on-schedule completion of stages.
